Snow Removal & Snow Parking Rules

During any snow accumulation, please move your car(s) to the center island areas. This will allow the street and parking areas near your homes to be cleaned first. After snow removal your car should then be moved to a clear area. Cars parked on Radnor Drive should be moved to the island parking areas in your section.

Please do not park with the car extended over the pavement so that walks can be appropriately cleared. We do not have the availability to dig out individual cars. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during the Winter season.

Perimeter walks will not be shoveled, only the interior walks and walks from door to parking area.

Winter Reminders
Be certain to remove hoses from outside faucets. If you are traveling in the Winter please make arrangements with friends or relatives to make periodic inspections of your home. Do not set your heat below 60 degrees and have your system serviced prior to leaving. If your unit is vacated for an extended period of time, please turn off the water to your unit at the main shutoff and also turn off the electricity to your water heater. Notify Management of your vacancy.
