The pool, located behind the Clubhouse, opened on Memorial Day weekend and will close on Labor Day. The pool is open daily from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM (times subject to weather conditions).
All residents wanting to gain access to the pool must have a pool tag. If you do not have one, or you are unsure if you have the latest pool tag, please contact Management. Residents are allowed up to 4 guests but the resident must be present with their guests for the the duration of their stay. The resident also assumes all responsibility for the behavior of their guests.
There are no lifeguards on duty, so you swim at your own risk. The FAB Trust hires pool monitors who check tags, maintain the pool and the surrounding area, and ensure the bathrooms are kept clean, among other tasks. Pets, alcoholic beverages, smoking, and vaping are not permitted at the pool.
2021 Pool Rules and Information
The tennis court is located across from the Clubhouse. A code is needed to enter the tennis court. If you do not know the code, please contact Management.
