Landscaping and maintenance are a vital part of making our neighborhood look the best it can while ensuring units are safe and a comfortable place to live. Some responsibilities fall on the unit owners while others are dealt with by Management. Please read the PDF below for a breakdown of who is responsible for various aspects of landscaping and maintenance.
Every resident of FABII can point out spots where landscaping needs to be better and other maintenance issues need to be addressed. Improving the quality of landscaping and solving maintenance issues in a timely manner is high on the list of priorities of the new Council. Be sure to submit a work order to Management by either sending them an email outlining the problem or by sending it in writing to the Management office.
If a unit owner has a problem, we want to make sure that problem is heard about and dealt with as soon as possible. If for some reason the issue cannot be dealt with right away, unit owners will receive an answer as to why it cannot be dealt with and, if possible, an estimate for when it could be taken care of.
