The More Detailed Information

Who manages our section?

The Fairways at Brookside Section II is managed by Preferred Management Associates. Preferred Management has been in operation since 2012 with a client list ranging from a 9-unit condominium association to a 900-unit residential lot community. The partners of the firm have a combined 45 years of experience in the Community Association Industry. While their main office is located in Gouldsboro, Pennsylvania, they have recently opened an office in Allentown.

Ok that’s the company. But who is the “face” of the company in our neighborhood – the person that residents should contact and get to know?

Brad Jones, co-owner of Preferred Management, is our neighborhood’s project manager. Brad has nearly 30 years of experience in the Property Management Industry. He started his career as a member of a landscaping crew before working his way up to becoming a Portfolio Manager for a leading company in the Northeast. That experience led him to becoming a Senior Managing Partner with Preferred Management in 2012. Brad has achieved his Certified Manager of Community Associations, Association Management Specialist, and Professional Community Association Manager accreditations.

Brad visits FAB II at least once a week to check for problems, monitor the status of existing problems, and make sure any ongoing work is being done properly, among other things. Brad is more than open to talking with residents so please feel free to stop him and chat if you see him around. He is willing to schedule sit-down meetings with individual residents on days he is in the neighborhood and he’ll personally pick-up your condo fee checks if you feel uncomfortable depositing them via the other options available to residents.

Brad and Council will do their best to ensure residents are aware of the exact dates Brad will be in the neighborhood. If you happen to miss Brad on a day he is here, he will be at Council & Residents Meetings where he will give a report and answers your questions.

The Online Portal

Preferred Management offers an online portal to residents of the communities they manage. After signing up, residents can view their account, update contact information, pay assessments online, enter and view the status of work orders, and more.

If you have not yet signed up for the portal, we ask that you please do so. It will make it easier for Management to help you if they have your up-to-date information and your work order is in their system.

The portal can be found at: http://www.comwebportal.com

If you have any questions, comments, or concerns about management please do not hesitate to contact them using any of the above methods or email Council at FABIICouncil@gmail.com.
