What is the FAB Trust?
The FAB Trust is a five-member board (one representative each from FABs I-IV plus another member selected by the four section representatives) responsible for structural changes, levying annual assessments to unit owners when necessary, taking legal action on delinquent accounts, and maintenance and management of Trust property which includes, but is not limited to, the pool, the Clubhouse, and the two tennis courts.
