The best first step residents can take is to contact our property manager Brad via email at bradj@preferredmanagement.org or by phone at (570) 842-2705. Brad visits the neighborhood once a week, usually on a Thursday, and is willing to meet with residents on the day he is in the neighborhood.

There are multiple Council & Residents meetings at the Clubhouse throughout the year which we encourage you to attend to hear the latest on neighborhood issues and ask any questions you may have. Brad attends all of the meetings and presents his own report in addition to answering questions.
