About The Fairways at Brookside II

Built in 1977 and 1978, FABII consists of 92 units and 17 buildings across approximately 7.3 acres inside The Fairways at Brookside. The area covers Whitemarsh Place as well as two buildings on Radnor Drive – one to the east and one to the west of Whitemarsh.

Residents of FABII have access to a pool as well as a tennis court. Both are located by the Clubhouse on Whitemarsh Place.

FABII is governed by a Council consisting of five individuals. Councilpersons are elected by unit owners at the Annual Meeting and serve a two-year term.

In total there are five sections within The Fairways.

• FABI covers Aronomink Place
• FABII covers Whitemarsh and the two buildings on Radnor
• FABIII covers Springhaven Place
• FABIV covers Rolling Green Place
• FABV consists of all the area north of Radnor Drive
